๐ Campfire BBQ Burger Bowls
High-protein burger bowls with seasoned beef, air-fried potatoes, and a smoky BBQ mayo. Meal-prep friendly at 60g protein per serving.

| Sugar-free BBQ sauce | 0.25 cups | |

Steps
Season and cook the beef
Season ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cheese when almost done and melt through.
Air-fry the potatoes
Chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Spray with avocado oil and air fry at 400ยฐF for 10โ15 minutes until crispy.
Make the BBQ sauce
In a small bowl, mix light mayo, sugar-free BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
Assemble the bowls
Divide shredded lettuce and pickles into 4 bowls. Top with beef, potatoes, and a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce.
